Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) safely to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders accurately.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, participating in keeping our facility accident-free.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of warehouse experience preferred in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Dependability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with quick learning ability of our systems.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay Range: $17.95 - $26.92 per hour. This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. Compensation may vary based on location and regulations.
