Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Oklahoma City, OK to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. You will operate order pickers and warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the workspace clean and safe.

This role emphasizes customer service through timely order fulfillment and adherence to safety policies. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store all product in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated on schedule.
• Inspect products for defects and damages upon receiving or shipping.
• Operate order pickers and warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, offices, and docks.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
