Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. in Earth City, MO is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload products, stage deliveries, and maintain organized inventory.

You will help ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of stock while following safety protocols. You will operate order pickers and other warehouse equipment, assist with customer pickups, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Powered Industrial Trucks and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and keep stock organized in designated locations.
• Inspect products for defects and damages on receipt and shipping, and rotate inventory as scheduled.
• Obtain signatures on paperwork and assist in customer pickups with friendly service.
• Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes and operate warehouse equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floors, offices, and truck docks, and support safety policies.
