Job summary

Vallen Distribution, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our on-site team in Pelham, AL. You will follow established procedures to receive, handle, stock, pack, and dispatch goods in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires reading orders and schedules, accurate data entry, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Prior warehouse experience and a safety-minded approach are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and work orders.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS-Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and load orders per schedules.
• Unload, inspect, and stock incoming goods.
• Sort, label, and store goods by product codes.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain stock records and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety regulations.
