Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to lift and transport parcels, perform route deliveries to apartment communities, and handle inbound freight with equipment or team lifts. The role involves frequent lifting up to 150 lbs, climbing stairs, and operating hand pallet jacks and push trucks.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and deliver parcels, load and unload cargo.
• Move parcels up to 150 lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Deliver to multiple apartment communities and manage routes up to 60% of weekly schedule.
• Pickup inbound freight from carrier facilities using handling equipment.
• Ascend stairs as needed during deliveries and navigate various environments.
• Operate pallet jacks and push trucks as part of daily tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift
• Delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities;
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment
• The ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities on deliveries
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks
