At Magnolia, the Warehouse Associate + Driver is responsible for all duties pertaining to the product life cycle within the Warehouse plus the safe transport of items to businesses and other Magnolia locations. This position works from the Jewell Warehouse in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Operations Supervisor and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Uphold Magnolia’s manifesto and values
• Manage the full life cycle of items within the Warehouse, from receipt, quality inspection, storage, to shipping and order fulfillment.
• Operate company equipment daily including pickup trucks and box trucks, with onsite training provided.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and accurately to guests, businesses, and other Magnolia locations.
• Communicate professionally with team members, dispatchers, and vendors to coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure safety by conducting equipment inspections, following traffic laws, notifying management of maintenance needs, and adhering to safe unloading practices.
• Secure items properly for transportation.
• Prepare products for movement, storage, and shipment using wrapping, packaging, and pallet building.
• Utilize technology including RF devices and Warehouse management systems for daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper transactions and standard operating procedures.
• Complete daily duties prioritizing safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RF devices preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; box truck certification required (on-site training provided). CDL not required. Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes. Forklift certification preferred (training available).
• Availability to work weekends.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and taste or smell. Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with team lifting for heavier items. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Accommodations available for disabilities.

Work Environment

Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
