We are looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our Branch Operations Team. The right candidate is a well-rounded team player who enjoys a dynamic role that entails warehouse duties, local deliveries and interact with the counter sales team!
The Branch Warehouse Operations Associate/Driver is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse functions, ensuring accurate inventory management, and delivering products to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner. This hybrid role combines warehouse operations with delivery driving to support seamless customer fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Driver Duties:
- Load, secure, and deliver customer orders using company vehicles (typically box trucks or pick-up truck).
- Verify products against packing slips or invoices during delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including timely communication of any issues.
- Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Report any vehicle problems or delivery discrepancies promptly.
Warehouse Operations:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with inside sales and purchasing teams regarding stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support counter/inside sales team as needed with customers coming in or on the phone.
