We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-timeDriver / Warehouse Operative based at our Newark plumbing & heating branch. We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for customer service and who is confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Loading our fleet of delivery vehicles ensuring that all products are safely loaded, secured and are correct against the customers’ orders.
• Making local deliveries of bathrooms and plumbing & heating products.
• Ensuring delivery is safe to make and respecting customer’s property.
• Checking goods off with Customers and obtaining signatures for delivery.
• Handling customer queries on delivery effectively

We are looking for someone with;

• Full Driving licence for 7.5t and driver CPC.
• Product knowledge, customer service skills, warehouse skills and forklift licence would be an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide first class customer service
• A commitment to provide high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to form positive relationships with colleagues.

This is a full-time role; hours of work will be 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 7:30am to 12:30pm every other Saturday.
