AFDC Cleaning is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver in Raleigh, NC. The role involves loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse and may require occasional deliveries using a company vehicle.

A forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is required, with safety and reliable attendance emphasized. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain internal certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Steel toe boots required for safety.

He or she must appropriately handle all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace and may need to drive a company vehicle occasionally.The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment. In addition, he or she must have the strength and stamina to perform the duties of this position (standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.) and must have a forklift certification (or is willing to obtain our internal certification). Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required to be considered.
