Job description

Abatix is seeking a Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate has experience with forklifts and is comfortable with driving a box truck on occasion.

Pay rate: $20+ Depending on experience

Job Description

1. Receive and pick orders for customers
2. Safely operate a forklift
3. Count stock items and record data into computer system
4. Assist customers with loading merchandise
5. Make deliveries in the Phoenix area in a box truck or van

Job Requirements

1. A customer service mindset! You must be willing to work with customers and go above and beyond to meet their needs
2. 2+ years of warehouse experience in a wireless environment
3. High school diploma or GED certificate from a certified institution
4. Ability to use FedEx and UPS online systems
5. A strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
6. Willingness to be a team player and take on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
7. Dependability, motivation, punctuality and organizational skills
8. Ability to complete certifications for forklifts and delivery vehicles (if necessary)
9. A valid driver’s license
10. Ability to lift 60 lbs and kneel, bend and twist as the warehouse may require
