Overview

Dubak Electrical Group is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our Operations team due to our growth and expansion. Dubak Electrical is a family‑owned company since 1988 and located in La Grange, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to local and national project sites as needed.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and construction equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, skid steers, and other tools.
• Stock parts accurately and efficiently, and organize equipment and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and shop area.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Perform general construction duties and support coworkers as a team player.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds independently.
• Climb ladders, crouch, bend, and work at heights not exceeding 40 feet.
• Be able to work overtime, weekends, and during inclement weather.
• Must be mechanically inclined.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR and a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement or a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
