Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required and motivation to learn is valued.
• Forklift operation, pallet shipping/receiving, and order processing experience are pluses.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and professionalism are essential with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom is stocked, inventory rotated, and warehouse kept clean and safe.
• Process customer orders by phone, email or in person; assist with billing and quotes.
• Mix or tint paint as needed and provide MSDS/hazard information to customers.
• Operate a forklift, move stock, receive freight, and assist with cycle counting.
• Handle customer issues; refer complex ones to supervisor; enforce PPE and safety protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and collaborate with branches professionally.
