Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service.
• Process showroom stock, inventory rotation, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Assist inside sales with billing and quoting; handle will-call orders.
• Mix or tint paint, provide product information and safety data sheets.
• Move stock, receive freight, perform inventory counts and shipping duties.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to supervisor as needed.
