Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep showroom stocked, rotate inventory, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and promote safety.
• Process customer orders by phone, email, or in person, including will-call orders and inside sales tasks.
• Mix or tint paint as needed and provide product knowledge with MSDS/hazard information.
• Operate a forklift, move stock, receive freight, assist with cycle counts, and shipping duties.
• Handle customer complaints, escalate when needed, and follow safety protocols including PPE and hazardous materials handling.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, drive continuous improvement, promote safety, and collaborate across branches.

$17.00+ an hour, depending on experience.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver is an entry-level position that plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly by managing inventory cycle counts, receiving and stocking products, processing customer orders, and maintaining a well‑organized warehouse. This is a fast‑paced, highly active role that involves regular forklift operation, accurate invoice handling, and shifting between multiple tasks as priorities change. As business needs require, this position will also assist with local delivery driving to support timely order fulfillment. The work can be physically demanding and detail‑intensive, and it requires someone who is comfortable staying on their feet, adapting quickly, and taking ownership of their workspace.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom is regularly stocked, inventory is rotated, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while promoting safety in the workplace
• Process customer orders received by phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service, including will-call orders from stock, and assist with inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting prices.
• Mix or tint paint as needed, and provide product expertise, including MSDS and hazard identification information to customers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Operate a forklift to move stock, receive freight, assist with inventory cycle counting, and perform shipping duties for product deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints or issues, referring unresolved grievances to a Supervisor or Manager, and ensure proper safety protocols, including the use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensure continuous improvement, promote safety awareness, and collaborate with all branches and departments in a professional manner.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required. While some warehouse experience is preferred, we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet shipping and receiving, and order processing is a plus, but not required.
