Your Role
Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of our business and are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our branches. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pull assigned orders and have them double checked for accuracy.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to complete the process.
- Assist in shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
- Safely load orders onto vehicles for delivery and drive routes safely.
- Deliver products using a company vehicle as assigned.
- Unload products upon arrival at destinations.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
- Assist in monthly cycle counts.
- Comply with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards.
- Monitor equipment condition and report service needs.
- Support Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers.
- Interact with customers and branch staff.
- Deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicles if required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Lift and carry capabilities of up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Certificate of Operation for Equipment.
Work Conditions
- Warehouse and outdoor environment.
- Regular lifting, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Use of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

This position involves responsibility for workplace safety for oneself and co-workers, promoting safe behaviors and adhering to safety policies.
