If so, we want you to be part of our growing team! Based at our Petaluma and San Jose warehouses, we're seeking a Warehouse Associate who embodies these qualities and more.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver clean energy solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Timely delivery of materials to warehouses and job sites, ensuring our projects stay on schedule.
• Travel to both San Jose and Petaluma warehouses.
• Efficiently managing incoming and outgoing materials, contributing to the smooth workflow.
• Skillfully pulling inventory, making sure all materials are ready for projects as needed.
• Receiving and inspecting new inventory, carefully recording and organizing it within the warehouse.
• Maintaining a tidy and well-stocked warehouse environment that supports our operations.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Required warehouse experience, with 1-2+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in forklift operations.
• A valid CA Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and uphold our high standards.
• Preferred experience in construction.
• Ideally, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Training.
