Flexible Shifts

• Day shift: Monday - Friday (4x10 schedule so you would have one day off during the week)
• Available start times: 7:30am, 8:00am, 8:30am with estimated finish times 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm. This is a work‑until‑finish shift, meaning these are not guaranteed end times and employees may be required to stay beyond the estimated time until work is completed.

Compensation

• Hourly position. Pay starts at $19.30/hour with three raises in 12 months, bringing pay to $20.50/hour.
• $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g., unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
• Physically capable of frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50lbs, and may occasionally lift up to 75lbs.
• Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck.
