Compensation:

This position is hourly, starting at $19.30/hour, with three raises in 12 months bringing pay to $20.50/hour.

• + $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators

Flexible Shifts:

• Day shift: Monday - Friday, 4x10 schedule (one day off during the week)
• Start times include 7:30am, 8:00am, 8:30am; expected finish times are 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete inbound/outbound warehouse tasks safely, such as unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with attention to detail.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, organized environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material regulations.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable working on your feet in environments with heat, cold, noise, and dust around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Able to receive feedback and work well in a team.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical lifting test.
• For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment like Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck.
