Job summary

Responsibilities include packaging, inventory checks, quality control, operating pallet jacks, and assisting other departments. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy items, and availability for extended hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks and complete them under various time constraints.
• Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of the warehouse environment.
• The incumbent should be able to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Require lifting heavy objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate material handler equipment proficiently.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
• Available to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product for shipping (Shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage finished product for loading.
• Check purchase orders/work orders to ensure products are correctly assembled and ready for delivery.
• Check items to ensure the correct number of products are being assembled.
• Assist in inventory level maintenance and counts.
• Load the finished product onto the truck.
• Unload products from trucks and stock in designated area.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pallet jacks.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
