Haleon is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Oak Hill, TN to manage raw and packaging materials, receive, move, and track inventory, and operate powered industrial trucks after training.

You will learn SAP and other warehouse systems, perform daily stock reconciliation, monitor near‑expiry materials, and support a GMP‑compliant environment with a strong focus on safety and attendance standards.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required; entry-level position, prior experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and stand/bend/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm; PIT/forklift experience preferred.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help manage raw and packaging materials by receiving, moving, and tracking inventory throughout the warehouse. You will operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and ensure inventory data is accurately recorded in company systems.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation to support inventory accuracy
• Monitor near‑expiry materials, deliveries, and the status of goods in Quarantine and manufacturing systems
• Replenish materials as needed to support production
• Issue clean, properly labeled materials to production and assist with proper disposal of rejected materials
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time
• Support a safe, clean, and GMP‑compliant warehouse environment
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure compliance and availability
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems
• Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM
• Maintain strong safety, attendance, and conduct standards

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of a HS Diploma/GED is required. This is an entry level position; prior work experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time is required.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm

Preferred Qualifications

• PIT/forklift experience is preferred.
• 6 months warehousing or manufacturing experience preferred.

Starting Pay for this position is $24.50/hr. plus a 5% performance bonus
