Job summary

Grainger is hiring for a Branch Warehouse Associate to support inventory, order processing, packing and shipping in an onsite environment in the United States. You will report to the Branch Manager and work as part of a team to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes safe handling, operation of power equipment and scanners, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs (and occasionally 100 lbs). Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Warehouse/materiel handling experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating power equipment, including forklifts.
• Proficient with computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Receive product on DC Trailer and put away to maximize space.
• Receive product from branch transfers and fulfill customer orders.
• Process hub truck deliveries and backorders for sale.
• Pick and stage Will Call orders for readiness.
• Prepare shipping orders meeting cutoff times and regulatory standards.
• Process returns following BBX guidelines with required signatures.
• Prepare hazmat orders and next-day shipments per DOT and company rules.
• Support store team, replenish showroom stock, and assist customers.
