Job summary

INFINIUM Wall Systems in Strongsville, OH is seeking a reliable Entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing team on day or night shifts. You will handle receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods within the warehouse and for production.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, tagging and labeling materials, stocking by size and type, packaging, and helping with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience as a Warehouse Worker preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and execute promptly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Unload shipments from delivery trucks using appropriate tools.
• Track and document shipment arrival and departure times.
• Label and stockpile material according to size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap and pack merchandise per procedures.
• Record and manage damaged material.
• Pick and fill orders from stock inventory.
• Assist in packing and shipping orders to customers or other departments.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
• Maintain equipment and work areas and follow PPE protocols.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement activities.
