Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Warren, Ohio is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will pick, pack, palletize orders, receive shipments, and build crates for large shipments using RF scanners and standard warehouse tools.

The role requires attention to detail, physical capability to lift items, and a willingness to operate forklifts and power tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift heavy and bulky items.
• Ability to read a tape measure and measure accurately.
• Comfortable using warehouse tools and equipment.
• Steel-toe boots required.
• RF scanner, forklift, tow motor and power tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and palletize customer orders.
• Build wooden crates for large shipments.
• Receive and unload incoming materials.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and perform quality checks.
• Report defective or incorrect items to management.
• Assist with countertop cutting and pallet assembly in granite department as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow safety procedures.
