Job summary

Mars Electric is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for the Mayfield Village area of Ohio. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency while handling orders and maintaining a clean workspace.

You will pick, pack, and prepare shipments, operate equipment safely, and contribute to inventory control. Forklift certification is a plus, with a 2:00 PM–11:00 PM shift from Monday to Friday and potential quarterly bonuses.

Base Pay Range: $18-$21 depending on experience

Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour FOR 2nd Shift ONLY

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (preferred).
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday.
