Job summary

Cogent Analytics in Stafford, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including crates, packing, inventory control, and loading/unloading for shipment. This role requires physical strength, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be able to lift 60 pounds, work in hot/cold conditions, hold a valid driver’s license, and have forklift certification (or the ability to obtain). Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required or demonstrated ability to communicate in both languages.
• Forklift operation certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication to support warehouse operations.
• Valid driver’s license required for vehicle movement and deliveries.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wooden crates for packing heavy products for shipment.
• Perform packing, crating, and material preparation for outbound orders.
• Load and unload inventory, materials, and finished goods (up to 60 lbs).
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation.
• Operate company vehicles including forklifts (certified).
• Assist with staging, organizing, and keeping a clean workspace.
