Job summary

Cogent Analytics in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including crating, packing, inventory control, and loading/unloading materials for shipment.

This role requires physical strength, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; candidates should lift up to 60 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, forklift certification (or the ability to obtain), and be bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wooden crates for packing heavy products for shipment.
• Perform packing, crating, and material preparation for outbound orders.
• Load and unload inventory, materials, and finished goods (up to 60 lbs).
• Maintain accurate inventory control, counts, and documentation.
• Operate company vehicles—including forklifts—for product movement and deliveries (as certified).
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including staging, organizing, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Support any additional tasks required by warehouse leadership or business needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
