Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Stafford, TX to support daily operations such as crating, packing, inventory control, loading and unloading, and preparing products for shipment. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, work in hot/cold conditions, hold a valid Driver's License, have forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. This role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Must have strong physical stamina for repetitive lifting.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and seasonal warehouse conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wooden crates for packing heavy products for shipment.
• Packing, crating, and material preparation for outbound orders.
• Load and unload inventory, materials, and finished goods (up to 60 lbs).
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation.
• Operate company vehicles including forklifts (certified) for movement and deliveries.
• Assist with staging, organizing, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership or business needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
