The Job

The Warehouse Associate mobilizes the gear we need to build and takedown event structures according to plan. InProduction has solid planning, scheduling and communication systems in place. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, communication, organization, attention to detail and follow up are critical for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, load, unload and operate delivery vehicles.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Check products for defects and accuracy.
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance.
• Pull orders from shelves and secure them on pallets.
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance.
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience loading and unloading flat-beds and trailers.
• Willing to travel occasionally to sites under construction in the U.S.
• Ability to occasionally work overtime.
• Maintenance and small engine repair skills preferred.
• Ability to stay on your feet throughout the workday.
• Willingness to learn the proper use of industrial equipment.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.

Application Requirements

• Forklift License Preferred (we are willing to certify you).
• Current Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Pass background check and drug screening requirements.

Work Environment

• May be required to work outdoors.
• Exposure to noise.
• Working around moving machinery.
• Exposure to dust.
• Safety clothing and equipment may be required to be worn.
