The Warehouse Associate mobilizes the gear we need to build and takedown event structures according to plan. InProduction has solid planning, scheduling and communication systems in place. A strong work ethic, self-motivation,communication, organization, attention to detail and follow up are critical for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, load, unload and operate delivery vehicles
• Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
• Check products for defects and accuracy
• Pull, pack and ship finished goods
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance
• Pull orders from shelves and secure them on pallets
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
• Other duties as required
  
  
  

Requirements

• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience loading and unloading flat-beds and trailers
• Willing to travel occasionally to sites under construction in the U.S
• Ability to occasionally work overtime
• Maintenance and small engine repair skills preferred
• Ability to stay on your feet throughout the workday
• Willingness to learn the proper use of industrial equipment
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions
