Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to operate stand-up forklifts, pull and package orders, and ensure accurate receiving and storage of materials. The role includes occasional delivery duties and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is required.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
• Deliver materials to customers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues to supervisor.
