Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver in Puyallup, WA. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift, building pallets, and using RF devices to process orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is required.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Ability to lift items that weigh over 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and support team safety initiatives.
• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure ticketed items are delivered.
