The Warehouse Associate is responsible for off-loading, putting-away, picking, and staging equipment and parts while providing professional customer service to internal and external customers. The role involves managing the movement of materials within the warehouse and maintaining overall appearance and safety compliance.

Position Responsibilities include:

1. Safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment for loading, unloading, and transferring materials without causing damage.
2. Ensure all items are received correctly and stored in designated locations.
3. Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts.
4. Complete Will Calls accurately and timely.
5. Accurately complete paperwork and transaction entries.
6. Always wear proper PPE and uniform during shifts.
7. Follow good housekeeping and safety procedures, including forklift inspections, and report concerns immediately.
8. Assist customers and Customer Service Representatives as needed.
9. Follow standard operating procedures, work processes, and company policies.
10. Perform additional tasks as required.

Knowledge & Skills required:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
• Ability to process loading and unloading tasks.

Experience & Education:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
