Job summary

The Kendall Group in Columbus, OH is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to receive, store, pick, pack and ship stock, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy, support delivery operations, and assist with counter sales as needed in a fast-paced distribution center. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and organize stock to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and restocking in designated areas.
  • Operate forklift, hand trucks, RF scanner, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Support with counter sales or deliveries to meet location needs.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace and adhere to safety standards.

While specific daily tasks can vary depending on the location, a Warehouse Associate’s main responsibility is ensuring that all stock is accounted for, processed, and organized to meet company standards.
