Job summary

Mid-State Supply in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate/Backup Delivery Driver to join our locally owned team. This role offers a clear path for growth and long-term stability on a family-friendly staff.

You will receive, organize, pick, pack, and prepare orders, load and unload trucks, and maintain inventory records. You may serve as a backup local delivery driver when needed, with OSHA/DOT safety standards followed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, walking).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, no two days look exactly the same. You’ll:

• Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory records with precision
• Serve as a backup delivery driver on local routes when needed
• Follow DOT and safety regulations to keep our team and customers protected

You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly — from warehouse floor to customer door.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (required)
• 21 years or older
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, walking)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
• Previous delivery experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
