Job summary

The Salvation Army Orange County is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Foothill Ranch store to support the Adult Rehabilitation Program. You will operate the retail warehouse, receive and label stock, and maintain inventory records while contributing to a positive donor and customer experience.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, the ability to read and follow instructions, strong communication skills, and the willingness to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.

• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.

Pay Rate

$17.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Work schedules are determined by Management and employees must be flexible to always ensure adequate coverage.
• Full-time employees may be scheduled to work any full-time shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
