Job summary

The Salvation Army Orange County is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backroom Processor for the Foothill Ranch Store. You will receive, process, label, and store stock while maintaining accurate inventory records and inspecting stock for damages.

This role supports the Adult Rehabilitation Program and helps ensure a smooth donor and customer experience. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, and demonstrate strong reading, writing, and communication

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to read, write, and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers and donors.

Pay Rate:

$17.50 per hour.

Schedule:

• Work schedules are determined by Management and employees must be flexible to always ensure adequate coverage.
• Full-time employees may be scheduled to work any full-time shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
