Job description

Robertson Heating Supply Co., a 90-year-old distributor, is looking to fill an opening for a full-time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate.

Hours:

7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday

Responsible and prompt individuals looking to grow with a family-owned company.

Willing to maintain good customer relations and service with a positive attitude.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Warehouse duties such as pulling orders via Inventory Scanner system, palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging orders for delivery, completing daily delivery paperwork, and basic warehouse maintenance and cleaning.
2. Driving duties including loading, securing, and unloading orders/deliveries using lift gates or docks, timely delivery of orders with a 26' box truck or flatbed, completing delivery paperwork (signatures and filing), and basic truck maintenance.
3. Using hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated attitude with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must have or be able to acquire a DOT medical certification card.
• Box truck driving experience is required.
• Candidate must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of forklift and hand cart operation.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
