Job summary

Legends, in partnership with ASM Global, is seeking a hands-on kitchen/food service teammate for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. You will support opening and closing duties, wash and sanitize utensils and cookware, and keep the kitchen clean and organized to ensure smooth hospitality operations during events.

The role requires mobility, physical stamina, and reliability for all stadium events, including late nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available for all stadium events, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties as directed by Chefs/Supervisors.
• Wash and sanitize all service ware, utensils, pots and pans and store properly.
• Clean kitchen equipment as directed.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Take out garbage and rinse out garbage cans.
• Take out recycling and keep cardboard compactor area neat.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform all opening and closing duties as directed by the Chefs / Supervisors.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Able to be self‑motivated and work independently or as a team player.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be available for all Stadium events.
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.
