Job summary

Bellmont Cabinets in Sumner, WA is seeking a dependable Wrap Technician for the Accessory Department. You will wrap and prepare cabinet accessories for shipment using protective materials, ensuring top quality.

You’ll inspect finished items, operate a box machine to build custom packaging, and work to daily goals in a safe, collaborative environment. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior packaging experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply protective wrapping to cabinet accessories using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Perform a final visual inspection of accessories before wrapping, ensuring no quality issues before customer dispatch.
• Operate and maintain a box machine to create custom-sized packaging for various cabinet shapes, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Execute precise, protective wrapping to preserve the accessories finish and overall quality.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support production flow.
• Maintain your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, cleanliness and the integrity of the wrapped product.
• Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes we value technicians.
