Job summary

QCD Kent is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for a full-time role. You will use Vocollect voice headsets to pick orders, operate warehouse equipment safely, and keep a clean, organized workspace while coordinating with teammates to hit daily targets.

Typical duties include reading and basic math, lifting up to 50 pounds, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Work in a temperature-controlled environment (34–36°F) and participate in ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• General Warehouse Experience - 1 Year Preferred
• Possess reading and basic math skills
• Physically capable of standing, walking and twisting while carrying 50-pound objects
• Availability to work scheduled shifts - this includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (zero to -10 or 34-36 degree temps)
• Training or Experience on required MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Electric pallet, Standup forklift, etc
