Fullscript is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse. You will scan, pick, and pack orders and work alongside a team that values collaboration and accuracy.

The role is full-time with a 4x10 schedule (Sundays required). Starting pay is $20.25 USD per hour, plus quarterly bonuses after 90 days. We offer a 401(k) with company match, health/dental/vision coverage, paid leave, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, walking, lifting).
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfort with productivity goals and daily targets.
• Safety-minded and accurate work ethic.
• Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize inventory for shipping.
• Use handheld scanners to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Follow on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely.
• Receive, audit, and store incoming products.
• Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
