Fullscript in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. You will scan, pick, pack, and ship orders and help maintain organized inventory in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

Day shift, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, Sundays required. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses after 90 days, and benefits including a 401(k) match, health coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, walking, lifting).
• 6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfort with daily productivity goals and targets.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize inventory for shipping.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Follow on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely.
• Receive, audit, and store incoming products.
• Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals.
• Help with other warehouse tasks as needed.
