Job summary

Fullscript is hiring Warehouse Associates at our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse to scan, pick, and pack orders as part of a collaborative team. You’ll work with handheld scanners and warehouse systems to prepare shipments and meet daily targets.

We offer a 4x10 schedule (Sundays required), starting pay of $20.25 USD per hour, and benefits including a 401(k) match, medical coverage, and paid time off within a supportive, safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand, walk, push, and lift throughout shift.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize inventory for shipping.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Follow on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely.
• Receive, audit, and store incoming products.
• Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals.
• Help with other warehouse tasks as needed.
