Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is hiring a Warehouse Associate for its Greenwood, IN facility. This full-time on-site role focuses on moving, verifying, and shipping goods in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certified), use RF scanners, and follow FEFO procedures to support accurate orders. You will join a team that emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork while maintaining clean work areas and complying with QA policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of safe equipment operation with pallet jacks and forklifts.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations is not stated; focus on required basics.
• Valid electric pallet jack certification.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling and counting.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow QA and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products.
