Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a dependable Order Selector to join our Spokane Valley warehouse team. You will pick and move products to fulfill customer orders, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and working across refrigerated and dry zones.

The role emphasizes accuracy and safety, with RF scanning and warehouse systems used to track orders. Schedule is 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., four days on, three days off; base pay is $20 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• At least 6 months of experience using warehouse equipment (electric pallet jack, forklifts).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfort working on your feet for long periods (standing, walking, bending, twisting).
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick and build customer orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery schedules.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
• Work in refrigerated, freezer, and dry warehouse zones.
• Verify products for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track orders.
