Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.## Responsibilities* Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices and ERP system, completed on foot or using forklift equipment* Sort and consolidate picked items using handheld scanning devices, preparing customer orders for shipment processing* Pack products accurately and securely using our internal SPS system, focusing on providing an excellent customer experience* Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standards* Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.* Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals* Abide by all company and warehouse policies* Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation### Physical Requirements* Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.* Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.* Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.* Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.* Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.## Qualifications### Experience1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required### ### EducationThis role does not require a degree.
