Job summary

Webstaurantstore is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift in Willow Street, PA. You will retrieve items, sort and pack orders, and operate forklift equipment to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and use handheld scanners and an ERP system. No degree required; 1 year in distribution preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-focused with a customer-service mindset.
• W-2 candidate only; H-1B sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately using handheld devices and ERP system.
• Sort and consolidate picked items to prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Pack products securely using SPS system to ensure quality.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) per safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Work with team to meet daily, weekly, monthly goals.
• Follow company and warehouse policies; flex into other duties as needed.
