Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to apply precision and speed in picking, packing, and shipping order items. You will retrieve items from racking, use handheld scanners and ERP systems, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks following safety guidelines.

You'll work with team members to hit daily and weekly goals, maintain an organized, clean workspace, and adapt to additional duties as needed to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and ERP system.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment processing.
• Pack products accurately using SPS system to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers following safety protocols.
• Meet efficiency, accuracy, and quality performance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Follow all company and warehouse policies.
• Flex into other positions to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices and ERP system, completed on foot or using forklift equipment
• Sort and consolidate picked items using handheld scanning devices, preparing customer orders for shipment processing
• Pack products accurately and securely using our internal SPS system, focusing on providing an excellent customer experience
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standards
• Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
• Abide by all company and warehouse policies
• Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation
