Job summary

Sierra Forest Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time onsite role in Salt Lake City, UT. The position runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a pay rate of $22 per hour.

You will load, unload, and stack goods using a forklift, prepare orders for shipment, and maintain accurate ERP inventory records. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a forklift license and prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move and stack products using a forklift.
• Prepare orders for shipment and verify correct items are loaded.
• Oversee freight handling and secure loads per safety rules.
• Tag and label stock and place in correct storage locations.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Record inventory in the ERP system.
• Report inventory discrepancies to management.
• Keep the work area organized per policies and safety rules.

Your Role & Impact:

• Load, unload, move and stack products using a forklift.
• Prepare order for shipment, ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Oversee freight handling and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements.
• Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in the correct storage location.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Key updated inventory into the ERP system.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory to management.
• Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
