Requirements

• Operate pallet wrapping machines to secure loads for shipment.
• Perform thorough cleanup of warehouse aisles and work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Assist in setting up loads on pallets according to shipment specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
• Organize and stage products for efficient picking and packing.
• Ensure all pallets are correctly labeled and documented before shipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task progress and any issues.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.

Work and Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work third shift hours, 6 PM to 2 AM, with flexibility.
• Possess the ability to work in a cold, refrigerated environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate pallet wrapping machines and other warehouse equipment.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Basic math skills for inventory and load setup tasks.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
